Place your order over the telephone
Once you have selected the stationery design you want, you'll be ready to place an order.
1. Find the products you want to order.
2. Enter your wording and photographs, then add the item to your basket.
3. When you are ready to proceed to checkout, fill in your details, choose your delivery method, and pay for your order.
Once you have made your payment, you will receive an order confirmation through an email. It will contain the details of your order. If you notice any errors, please contact us as soon as possible.
You want to be confident that your stationery looks exactly how you want. To ensure you're happy with the products, we will send you a free digital proof once you have placed your order. You can check and amend your wording at this stage.
We will send you a digital proof within 1 working day, so as not to delay your order. The proof shows exactly how the stationery will look once it has been printed. You can make any changes you need before anything is sent to print.
You can place your order over the telephone. Our highly-trained customer service team will process your payment via PayPal. Please send your stationery order wording to us in an email. We will then email you a digital proof to check and amend. Please call us on 01746 335397 to order over the phone.
